Great location, peaceful surroundings near shops and restaurants. the room had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
Poor management and lack of communication caused unnecessary stress and added expense to our holiday.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful hotel in a 'brits abroad' area of Turkey. the location was away from the busy areas, but only a short stroll down a gentle hill to the main resort with all the shops and restaurants. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom and shower cubicle. the staff were friendly and helpful, creating a great atmosphere. We also loved the French restaurant in the mountains which was beautiful.
The towels at the hotel had some holes in them, which was a bit disappointing.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, always making an effort to ensure our needs were met. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the town and beach.
This resulted in us not having a room available upon arrival and having to spend a night without proper accommodation. This was a major inconvenience and put a damper on our overall experience.
